Processing Time:

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or sale events, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your shipping option and location. For standard shipping, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, while express shipping can take 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping which is calculated at checkout. However, large orders may require additional charges. 

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the courier's system.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or other factors. If this is the case, we will inform you at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Australia: Free shipping for orders over $100.
  • Express post within Australia: $15.00
  • New Zealand: Calculated at checkout
  • International (except New Zealand): Calculated at checkout
