All of our orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post. All orders are automatically calculated at checkout by weight. We offer free shipping for orders over $100, however we offer express postage for a flat rate of $15. 

Yes! Once an order has been placed, packaged and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

We understand the importance of prompt order processing to ensure that you receive your books in a timely manner. Our goal is to process orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. 

We offer various payment methods in the form of payment by debit/credit card, ShopPay, PayPal, Zip Pay and AfterPay. 

Yes, we will offer pre-orders for upcoming book releases! Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a copy of a highly anticipated book before its official release date. 

To pre-order a book, simply visit our website and search for the specific title you're interested in. If the book is available for pre-order, you'll find a "Pre-order" or "Add to Cart" button. Clicking on this button will allow you to secure your copy by completing the pre-order process. We may require you to provide your contact information and payment details to finalize the reservation.

Please note that the release date mentioned on the pre-order page is an estimated date provided by the publisher, and there may be occasional changes to the release schedule. Rest assured, we make every effort to keep you informed of any updates regarding your pre-order, including any delays or changes in the release date.

Once the book is officially released, and we have received the stock, we will promptly process your pre-order and ship it out to you according to the shipping method you selected during the pre-order process. You can expect to receive your pre-ordered book shortly after the official release date, depending on the shipping option chosen and your location.

Currently, we do not have a physical store where you can browse books. We operate exclusively as an online bookstore, providing you with the convenience of shopping for books from the comfort of your own home. 

However, we are excited to share that our long-term goal is to open a physical store in the near future. We believe in the magic of physical bookstores, where book lovers can immerse themselves in the ambiance, interact with the tangible pages, and engage in a unique browsing experience.
